Gym in Winter More Time Consuming 

Gym Time : 30 Minutes 

Total Time: 59 Minutes 

Now, the question come why 29 Minutes extra. 

Getting Ready with extra layers of clothes – 5 minutes

Reaching Gym and getting up in the Gym Dress – 5 minutes

Restroom : Going to rest room to take out the water you just drank before coming to Gym – 2 minutes

Cardio Excercise ( Elliptical or Stairmaster or Treadmill)- 15 minutes

Core Excercise- Squats, Planks, Twist etc – 10 minutes

Resistance- 5 minutes

Getting Back to Winter Clothes – 5 minutes 

Reaching Home taking bath and changing back to Pajamas- 12.
