Last night enjoyed good dinner of Fish and Rice. As growing up I have never have any liking of this combination reason there are tiny bones but my brother and sister really loved it.
Fish is full of protein and rice of course is a good source of carbs. I wanted to test this combination for a planned run on a Saturday. I did swim oops run easy nine miles.
Swim or long Run make sure you are loaded with good protein and carbs. Don’t forget to smile and drink water after every mile.
