Row Row Your Boat 

As kids, all of us has sung, learn by heart many Nursery Rhymes and this one which I am picking up as the title of today’s topic for the day.

Row, Row, Row Your Boat,
Gently Down the Stream,
Merrily, merrily, merrily,
life is but a dream

Rowing is my bimonthly gym activities when I want to be light on aerobic mainly cardio and want full body movement.I will come to it later and the Weather was perfect for rowing. I am sure no one would be doing rowing outside in the central part of America. It still is Winter and this week we have a spring-like temperature.

 


Friday was one of the days. I did my fifteen minutes and conversions of 1162 meters would be about 3/4th of a mile.

To sum up my Rowing, I will go with:

Row Row Row

This 15 minute is all time Row, Row, Row. The continuous movement of Upper and Lower Body in the co-ordination of each other. Repetition is a pattern.

Gently Down the Stream

This is a very low impact exercise and gentle where you slow down yourself and reflects on things gone right, things did not go right and how to improve on it.

Merrily, merrily, merrily

Happy Mind, Heart, and Body. Will come on this one as Part 2 reason can not be enough philosophical.

Life is but a dream 

The dream is like crossing the Pacific Ocean, and Life is building a sustainable boat with all resource to row the boat and enjoy the scenes.

Row your boat, gently down the stream, merrily merrily, Life is but a dream.
