150 days to the big Run

Today, we got this message on the Facebook 150 days to the big run.

Three things I plan to do during these coming days, of course, using my own quote, ” Plan Your Run and Run Your Plan” ( PYRARYP*).

  1. Improve on my breathing patterns. It’s very important as I get more tired because of breathing than running. Looking for some Yogi expert for help.
  2. Long distance gradual spike every week.
  3. Improve on touching the finish line.
