Day in a Boston

Apart from work I did accomplish three things.

  1. I spoke to Tom O who was stretching his whole body before boarding. He told me importance of stretching and suggested me to read a book on Running called Chi Running. This book has two things – healing is small pain which we get from running wrong way or on hard surface. Tim leads Yoga retreat in mountains.
  2. After work went to see the Harvard University. It’s a place to be atleast one from the family. Let see who opens that opportunity
  3. Few photos…and one of a poster which says Silence Sucks.
