Apart from work I did accomplish three things.
- I spoke to Tom O who was stretching his whole body before boarding. He told me importance of stretching and suggested me to read a book on Running called Chi Running. This book has two things – healing is small pain which we get from running wrong way or on hard surface. Tim leads Yoga retreat in mountains.
- After work went to see the Harvard University. It’s a place to be atleast one from the family. Let see who opens that opportunity
