21st June is an International Yoga Day…if that day would have been Saturday or Sunday we would have participated or else we attended today Saturday June the 24.
They said we know the answer how would you feel when you leave the event. We were there only for an hour as oppose to other folks.
In one hour we did watch folk dance, did muscle warming Yoga from Toes to Head, meditation to lighten up the internal energy, and something about awakening inner self.
Well, I would say at end of an hour I was relaxed as they had thought of it.
