Today, I got up with good energy and even though had no plan for outdoor activities. Something was calling and went out to do breathing exercise on my bike. The two hours on bike was without any break, drink, or food – Just keeping track on my breathe to unify my mind, body, and soul.

Wow, you sure made a 2:07 hour ride seem relaxing. Autumn is pretty right now. Today was not a rest day?

Thank you! Yes it was a rest day and I wanted to practice my rhythmic breathing…the idea on bike seemed perfect when I woke up and thus got lost in nature for 2 hours.

Ok, you are forgiven😉. Sounds like it was just a careful recovery ride. Have a good week. Lovely photos for the rest of us.

These pic are lovely and I’m amaze by your discipline. But I wonder: did you took a selfie of your shadow while you were on your bike? Just curious.

Now you asked let me think…No just the shadow.
