Weekends morning are my Yoga classes from TQ Cert. We are the 2nd batch and there are 700 folks from all over the world. There is so much into it but the first thing starts with being disciplined.
After breakfast, I have had enough energy to give the finishing touch to the vegetable bed. The good thing all kinds of exercise which we do get applied here like squats, forward bending, mountain pose, or you name it, and to feel that one has to get down to gardening. Time well spent 2 hours.
And, finally sipping tea and reading newspapers is a luxury hence calling Saturday spring in style in the backyard!
