Is it about finding something to be optimistic about?

Background: I found a calendar of 31 things to be optimistic about in WordPress and today’s question is what you just read.

I learned today and have experienced it as well.

If you are eating the right nutritional food, going through training, and taking enough rest you could run a half marathon without taking anything on the race day reason your muscles hold enough glycogen to make your run 13.1 miles.
