Parlay Time Into Energy

God has given all of us 24 Hours equally. Period. How we parlay time into energy decides the complete satisfaction of ours life. Yes, energy which provides us the strength and vitality required for sustained physical and mental activity is up to us – an individual. Today let’s discover or re-discover how we can Parlay Time Into Energy.

The mantra is to try for 30 Days to Transform our current state to the state we all desires for and the way to do is:

  1. Get to the Starting Line with a Finish Line in mind – Plan your day first thing in the morning before getting out of bed. It’s all start after Thanking the GOD for a new day.
  2. Have a ‘Me Hour’ for self and divide this 60 minutes as you want for example 30 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of new reading, 5 minutes of writing, and 5 minutes for meditation. Minimum 1 hour for self and believe me it will have an impact on your remaining 23 hours of the day.
  3. Eat fresh, and home cooked food. This will also save time for you not to read who is not providing real meat in their sandwiches.
  4. Smile, walk under the SUN and talk to people. And
  5. Read on, Write on, and Travel the World. As Seneca says ” Enjoy present pleasures in such a way as not injure future ones.

As Aristotle said, “The energy of the mind is the essence of life”. I will add the energy we feel decides our day!
